4 OPD Partnership History  Began July 2008: focus on data for community policing and beat level trends to support NCPC work  Supported by Councilmember Brooks and initiated with cooperation of Captain Rachal  Refined in July 2009 to focus on hot spot analysis of Burglary and Robbery with Captain Figueroa  In 2010 with Captain Joyner developed wider range of tools and analysis for Area 3  Mid 2010: Chief Batts asked us to demonstrate capacity to expand analysis to entire City and to focus on hot spot policing support
