10 CAMW Job Orders CAMW! customized several fields within Salesforce.com. Among them was the Job Order feature. As a system, the Business Services Team tracks all of the high-wage in demand positions from initial contact of employer to position fill date. Relevant position information is tracked as well as team efforts in helping fill positions and position outcomes. Below is a “New Job Order” screenshot.

11 Job Order – Activity Notes After a New Job Order is created in Salesforce.com activity related to the position is tracked. Relevant information is updated as status changes. Reports can be pulled to monitor status and performance outcomes and can benchmark future goals.

12 Reporting Capabilities Reports can be run on any data entered in the system. Reports can be customized. Below is a snapshot of Jobs filled by CAMW! BST. Salesforce.com allows data to be translated in charts, pie graphs and visual diagrams for presentation and review

13 Reporting Activity Snapshot of Salesforce.com job order open list. Many of the Salesforce.com reports are used to inform area job seekers and CAMW! partners of current employment opportunities in the region.
