Client Services Focus 10 Schools increasing bandwidth since 12/31/07 60 School Visits or in person meetings Bandwidth increase 158 megabits of I1 Ruckus- 7 Schools using OSCnet Press release announcing the Ruckus Service New Co-location Facility has 8 current customers 8-10 budgeted for ’08 with plans to move in early ‘08

3. Client Services Focus We continue to work on upgrading the remaining 7 T1 member schools to true broadband. Currently we have: 8 schools have completed an Ethernet connection since 12.31.07. 1 Gig service on order. 1 OC3 order completed 2 new DS3’s completed 4 schools ethernet connections in process

4. Client Services Focus –eTECH Conference Feb. 4,5,6 –ODCE Conference March 2,3 and 4 –OTCTC- Ohio Two Year Colleges Technology Council –Collaboration efforts- combining efforts with OLN, OhioLink, eTECH –New Academic members: Mercy College Lourdes College Union Institute Franciscan College

Client Services Focus Participated in OHECC conference Internet 2 conference-April 22,23,24 Sponsoring IT Works preconference in support of women in IT April 14th Emergency Web Hosting –Ordered equipment delayed due to capital budget requirements. –Pilot with University of Northwestern Ohio –Establish Yearly pricing

6. Client Services Focus Continue to support OSU and numerous higher education in Research Initiatives! Video conference Vendor meetings and initiatives- AT&T, Qwest, Time Warner Cable, Time Warner Telecom, Verizon, Buckeye Telesystems Community Development Health Care Initiatives
