2 Implementation issues Completion of houses sanctioned earlier to be ensured Completion of 100% of sanctioned houses more than three years old and 75% of houses sanctioned two to three years ago Convergence With NBA is mandatory IAY implementing agencies to report progress to MoDWS also Discrepancies in reporting to IAY & NBA have been observed (letter dated 28.01.2014) Monitoring on AwaasSoft is being enabled – Construction of toilet to be ensured before completion of house With MGNREGA Unskilled wage component for construction Funds for construction of toilets raised to Rs.5400 Use of Administrative expenses – States may use upto 0.5% – upto 1% for IEC activities – upto 1% for Social Audits – UC/AR for administrative funds released have to be submitted separately

5 Reporting AwaasSoft MPR - hard copies/online - needs to be timely & regular Reporting of progress for minorities- community wise AwaasSoft is a implementation system – all activities have to be done through AwaasSoft Special projects sanctioned in 2012-13 & 2013-14 should be reported & implemented through MIS Issues faced in use of MIS & training requirements DBT MIS would have to be up to date in order to operationalise eFMS First phase of DBT - In 6 states (Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha & Rajasthan)
