Apply online at www.CSUMentor.edu October 1 st through November 30 th Official SAT or ACT scores and application fee must be received by February 1 st Take ELM/EPT exams if required. ASAPMake a reservation for summer orientation after submitting Intent to Enroll May 1 Last date to submit the Intent to Enroll & pay Enrollment Deposit ($150) July 15 Mandatory deadline to receive all final documents: - Official high school transcript with posted graduation - AP/IB Test Scores - If you have taken courses at a community college or university official transcript must be received as well Admissions offers will be rescinded for applicants failing to meet deadlines or admission criteria upon final review You have been admitted!

Selection of major does not impact the admission decision Students are admitted in “pre-major” status Separate screening criteria within each major are used to allow students to declare these majors after students have been admitted Five Impacted majors: – Business Administration – Communication – Mass Media – Kinesiology – Nursing Impacted Programs
