Society 2.0 – Entering a World Without Money Franz Hörmann
2
Money today comes into existence as the debt of private banks, bearing an interest! When banks grant a loan, the money didn‘t exist before, it‘s not already existing money being lent, it‘s money newly creating in the process of granting the loan (credit money, fiat money)
3
In the beginning people used cattle or sheep as money. They lent a herd of cattle, e.g., and later returned it including the newly born calfs this was natural interest!
4
Banks only create the money of the loan – never the money to pay interest! The money for interest doesn‘t exist in the total money volume – this is the main reason for „competition“ in our real economy, we must take away money from one another to pay interest to the banks, because the banks never created the money to pay interest!
5
Our money has no value – it isn‘t backed by anything, it‘s just debt! (No gold coins!) It‘s just bits and bytes in the computers of the bank. But still we treat it as if it were valuable (banks demanding collateral by their customers)!
6
If we can‘t repay capital + interest of the loan – we loose our collateral expropriation (foreclosure). … money without value, demanding interest when no money for interest has been created??
7
Our worthless money is a cricular argument:
