3  The virus is passed from person to person by body secretions. › Nasal discharge › Coughing droplets › Sputum or saliva

4  Sneeze or cough into a tissue, then throw the tissue away. Do not leave the tissue laying around. Throw the tissue away immediately. When you throw the tissue away clean your hands with the hand sanitizer.

5  Sneeze or cough into the bend of your arm or into your shirt  Do not share drinks or food  Try to keep your hands to yourself

6  Stay home and don’t spread the virus  Stay home if….. › you are coughing a lot › you have a fever of 100 degrees or more › your sibling or parent is coughing or has a fever of 100 degrees or more › you are not feeling well and are overly tired › you know someone in your home has H1N1

7  Frequently wash your hands with soap and water  Frequently wash your hands with the sanitizer
