3 Road deaths Halving the overall number of road deaths in the European Union by 2020 starting from 2010 Injuries Establishment of a target for reducing road traffic severe injuries National targets Specific national objectives could be established in line with the common objective Targets

4 A strategy for injuries and first aid Improvement of the safety of vulnerable road users Establishment of a structured and coherent cooperation framework which draws on best practices across Member States actions
