3. Animal Health Network What happens when a message is disseminated?

4. Message Dissemination Using feed retailers’ preferred method of contact, messages will be disseminated by Extension (originating from the State Vet’s office). Feed retailers will receive request to disseminate the State Vet’s message to producers. Feed retailer information will be held by UK Cooperative Extension – NOT the State Vet’s office.

6. Follow Up After the first message or two have been disseminated, UK Cooperative Extension will ask feed retailers to participate in a survey. Questions may include: – How the message was disseminated – Period of time between when the message was received and when it was disseminated to producers – Approximate number of producers reached – Strengths/areas for improvement of the program
