2 The 4-2-3-1 Transitioning in Attack to a 3-4-3 (3-1-3-3-) Showing the attacking rotation of the team as play develops. It is then Easy to take to the field of play to teach. Develop your own ideas from this. Now using the 3-4-3 as a start position for our team shape so the play is ALL from this shape of team; not from a 4-2-3-1

3 4-2-3-1 Changing to 3-4-3 (3-1-3-3) Using Animation The Coach can use this presentation to show his or her players firstly on the computer or I Pad, how a team shape develops, how patterns of play can be taught; and how important movement off the ball is. This animation shows how a 4-2-3-1 develops into a 3-4-3 very similar to how Barcelona play and now Bayern Munich play under Guardiola. Simple to understand, easy to reproduce on the field, these animations are a great way to teach. From this you can teach basic ideas on movements that players can imitate; and then once they understand the methodology they can create their own ideas from this. You will need power point on your computer or I Pad to make this work. To use this on power point press animations, then custom animation and then bottom right press Play. In my experience of using these I have found it very good as a teaching tool to then take the players to the field.
