3. How Do You Get Started? The first year in the Technology Academy, students enroll in a Business Systems and Technology or Introduction to Communications and Technology course that provides the basis for their chosen program. These two courses provide students with a basic understanding of computer software, hard- ware, and applications. This leads to the student’s chosen field.

4. PC Support Services   The main concept is to acquire knowledge about providing technical assistance, support, advice to customers, and other users.  The professions mentioned here are projected to be among the fastest growing occupations in the future.  Occupations in which you may enter after completing this training are: Technical Support Specialist, Help- Desk Technician, Help-Desk Analyst.

5. Digital One of the main objectives in this program is to produce readable, clear, and attractive publication masters. The skills students gain in this program will allow them to create documents such as reports, brochures, manuals, magazines, newsletters, etc. Some of the occupations students may enter after completion of this program include: Assistant Digital Production Designer, Digital Production Designer, Media Designer, and Graphic Designer. Business Computer Programming   The skills students will learn in this program will allow them to:  Computer Programmer Aide, Junior Programmer, Computer Programming Specialist, and Computer Programmer are the occupations that can be acquired after completion of this program. Web Design Services  This program contributes to a student by giving him/her the opportunity to create, maintain various internet sites, gain knowledge of graphics applications, and techniques.  Occupations that can be considered are HTML coder, Web Graphic Designer, Web Producer, and Web Master.
