SSCA –Make sure Air traffic is controlled. MINF –Provide information to people in Cambodia. –Provide information to world community. Red Cross –Provide humanitarian aid. RGC provide relief to people of Prey Veng Province and Kampong Thom Province, with main effort devoted to Prey Veng. International aid will enter Cambodia via Phnom Penh Airport and Phnom Penh Seaport.
