Groups 1 & 4 “Mentor”… Groups 2 & 5 “Protégé… Group 3 “Lions Club and or LCI” You will have 5 minutes to set out how the mentoring partner assigned to your group will benefit from Mentoring. 17 Activity Planning a Mentoring Partnership. Work in Pairs Decide who will be the Mentor and who will be the protégé. Establish a Scenario for a mentoring partnership Take 10 minutes to discuss a plan and complete a worksheet. Be prepared to discuss you plan with the group.
