Social Care (Self-directed Support) Bill Local authorities must offer 4 options: 1.Direct Payment 2.Individual chooses their support (sometimes known as an Individual Budget or Individual Service Fund) 3.Local authority chooses and arranges service 4.Mixture of the above.
