3. When March comes around it brings a lot of madness with it, due to the fact of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament starting, brackets are being filled out and getting busted. 4. Kentucky Wildcats Currently 38-0 Has the most wins in the NCAA tournament with an outstanding 116-47 record. Right now has what is said to be the best team that has ever been at Kentucky, and the best team in college basketball. Trying to be first team since the 1976 Indiana Hoosiers to go undefeated in college basketball and win the NCAA tournament. Out of the 16 player roster 10 of the players are over 6’6 and only 3 players are under 6 foot, shortest player being 5’9. Basketball

5. Arizona Wildcats The Arizona Wildcats would be my favorite college basketball team, mainly because this is where I’m planning on going to college and my mom grew up in Tucson and her family still lives there today, we go visit them every year. Tucson

6. How much money does it bring in? Fans will spend up to $9 million on brackets. The NCAA will make roughly around $800 million in licensing. Coaches will make a 6 figure bonus but players don’t make anything. Basketball

7. A number 16 seed has never beaten a number 1 seed in the NCAA men's basketball tournament. The Connecticut Huskies are the only school to have both the Men’s and Women’s basketball team to win the national championships in the same year. 2004 and 2014 The lowest seed to ever win the National Championship was a number 8 seed, and it was Villanova. The first tournament was in 1939 and only 8 teams were in it. 35 different teams have won the national championship but UCLA has the most with 11. Fun Facts Basketball
