Giving appropriate nursing treatment according to nursing principles, ensuring high quality treatment 2. Treatment takes into consideration the uniqueness of the child and the adult 3. The perception of the child and his family as a unit 4. The child's right to know about his illness according to his level of understanding and his level of perceiving his illness 5. Providing general and continuing treatment by a multidisciplinary team, taking into consideration the biopsychosocial aspects of the child and his family during diagnosis, treatment and follow up 6. The Head Nurse of the Hematological ward The Head Staff of the forum. One representative from each of four wards. The forum’s Goals 1. To build one protocol to deal with each one of specific activities, such as central catheters. This includes the development of methods and implications on unskilled nurses in different wards, and training them in specific activities. 2. An oncological classer was created in each ward as source of specific protocols and educational material for the oncological child's needs. It is intended to continue to identify all new nurses's needs and act accordingly. 3. We propose to assemble a protocol for the new child diagnosed with a large malignant mass, to prevent Acute Tumor Lysis Syndrome (ATLS). 4. To prepare an internal transfer form for all children in the Meyer Children’s wards. Conclusion We expect that this project will unify all the teams and serve to benefit all the children in our care
