4. AP Calculus at St. Malachy’s Grade 10 Pre-AP Math Students are grouped as an advanced class. They cover the same material as the other classes, but on a higher level. Extra topics would include factoring techniques of trinomials, completing the square and equations of circles if time permits

5. AP Calculus at St. Malachy’s Grade 11 Semester 1 Geometry and Applications 11-1 Students cover trigonometric identities and trigonometric equations at the end of the this course this is introduced after the Unit Circle section.

6. AP Calculus at St. Malachy’s Grade 11 Semester 2: Functions and Relations 11-1 Students cover Trigonometric Graphs and transformations of these graphs at the end of this course. Advanced Math with Introduction to Calculus 12-0 Students are completing two math courses in this semester.

7. AP Calculus at St. Malachy’s Grade 12: Students will complete AP Calculus 12-0 over two semesters. This is a year long 2 credit course. Semester 1 covers all Differentiation topics Semester 2 covers all Integration topics Exam Review begins approx. mid-April.
