3 August 30, 2002President/SVP Business FY033 Introduction Responsibilities - President –General supervision of the business and affairs of PMI-SOC –Development of Board of Directors to prepare for successors –Strategic direction –SOC prime liaison with HQ and other components Responsibilities - Senior Vice President Business –Maintaining and safeguarding books, papers, records, documents and other instruments belonging to the PMI-SOC –Giving, or causing to be given, all notices required to be given to Members, Directors, auditors and members of committees –Attending all meetings of the Board and of the Members and entering or causing to be entered in books kept for that purpose minutes of all proceedings at such meetings –Safeguarding the device generally used for affixing the corporate seal of the PMI-SOC –Performing such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board from time to time
