13 FALL AND WINTER IN SEATTLE  It is not all that rainy  But it is grey  Mist + Drizzle = “MIZZLE”  Sun sets around 4:30 pm  In the summer the sun sets around 9:30/10pm  Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

14 SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER (SAD)  A pattern of seasonal depression experienced by otherwise healthy, happy people. Typically, fall and winter bring “down” feelings.  Typical symptoms:  Mood and appetite changes, weight gain, varying sleep and patters of activity  Mood lifts with the onset of spring!
