1 How to Look Up a Student’s Degree in Colleague Updated 12-15-2009

2 After logging into Colleague, select ST for the Student System from the Apps Menu.

3 Type IASU (Institution Attended Summary) in the Quick Access box. Then click the go button. A person look up screen will display.

4 Look up the student using the student number, Social Security Number, or Last name, First Name.

5 The IASU Screen shows all sources of prior degrees from high school to graduate school. The IASU screen also includes PGCC information if the student has earned a degree or a certificate at PGCC. If PGCC is not listed, then no degree from PGCC is on file from us for the student.

6 If PGCC is listed click the drill down button next to the line that reads 0000002 Prince George’s Community College. The HOME screen will display with a listing of degrees received from PGCC. The HOME screen is only accessible through IASU.

7 A student’s list of degrees earned from PGCC are listed including the month/year the degree was earned and the cumulative GPA.

8 Click the drill down button next to a degree listing to view the specific degree awarded. The AACR screen will display. The AACR screen is only accessible through HOME.

9 Click the drill down button next to one of the degrees listed. The AACR screen will display. The AACR screen is only accessible through HOME. The AACR screen displays degree type, the name of the academic program, and the actual date that the degree was awarded.
