1 How to Reprint a Registration Statement via Colleague Updated 1-22-2010

2 After logging into Colleague, select ST for the Student System from the Apps Menu.

3 Type RGST in the Quick Access text box and click go to access the RGST screen. In the print only new text box, type N for No.

4 Use the Students text box to search for a student e.g. Student Number, Social Security Number, Last Name, First Name, etc. Use the Arrows Button to print for more than one student. Press enter and another RGST screen will appear.

5 In the Reg User Group text box type the group name e.g. Nameless or type …for a selection list. In the terms text box, Type the year and term i.e. 2009FA, SP, SU, or CF, CSP, CSU. Click save to continue.

6 In the Output Device textbox, Type H for Hold (to print) or E for Electronic Delivery (to send as an email). Click save to advance to the next screen.

7 In the Execute in Background mode text box type N. Click SAVE to save work and a another screen will display.

8 In the Output Device textbox, Type H for Hold (to print) or E for Electronic Delivery (to send as an email). Click save to advance to the next screen. The email will be sent in the email and not as an attachment.

9 Click the Finish button to advance to the next screen. Check the Close Automatically when complete to not see this screen in the future.

10 Click print to print a registration statement. A printer setup box will display. Select Portrait (for the best results) from the Orientation Box. Then click ok.

11 To save as an attachment Click on the file icon to save the text file as an attachment. Select the location to save the text file. The saved file will open in notepad.
