Do!  Execute the plan as written  Remember to be flexible…everything cannot be planned, unexpected things happen  Remember to stay on task…if circumstances dictate too much change, go back to the beginning of the process

Did things go well?  Find out what went wrong…develop a plan to fix it.  Did you achieve the intended results at the desired quality?  How do you know?  Did you stick to the plan?  What lessons were learned? Suggestions? Solutions?  Other parameters that are specific to your chapter
