Culture and Leadership Team Clear focus from Head teacher/principle, senior management team and governors on this critical challenge to prepare young people for the continued education/training or the work. Feature in school development plans, with detail of staffing, resources and budgets Name the senior member of staff with accountability for successful student transition. Develop individual staff to deliver on this agenda and assess performance regularly Establish a culture where teachers, students and parents understand the significance of successful post 16 transition.
