Results Achieved A working group is drafting the concept of the Sunrise Valley; The 1st IT business incubator in the “North Town” is under way; Vilnius City Municipality appointed City Development Department to work with the Sunrise Valley land-use and the necessary infrastructure planning. Vilnius University is ready to negotiate alallotment of land to set up a science and technology park.
