11. 11 Organization Updates The transfer of partnership from Dr. Donya to Dr. Vimolrat is completed on January 06. The APAN Ltd. Part. now comprised of two shareholders: Dr. Wanchai as a managing Director and Dr. Vimolrat as the other shareholder. The current account of APAN Ltd. Part. (which is used for the transfer) was closed on January 17, 2006. The final balance, 1,395,511.50, is transferred to the new account of APAN Ltd. Part. to be opened by Dr. Wanchai.
