10 The Media’s effect The news spread across the world instantly. Many websites became over loaded with people searching for information. Many people stopped there daily routine to watch news programmes. Fear was spread around the world as the media suggested there would be further attacks. Pictures of the events were visible live, and voices of the victims and images of those falling to their death from the twin towers were clear for all to see. Instantly people wanted to return home to be near their families. In the weeks and months that followed the media explored every detail of the attacks and the fear and confusion grew. It forced counries across the world to change security at airports, and grounded flights for many days.

11 War The fear and anger that emerged from the events left many wanting action. The fear and anger that emerged from the events left many wanting action. 12 Why I choose this topic Although I was just a baby when it happened I watched it live on my television and while I played around and slept people around me were probably panicking. Although I was just a baby when it happened I watched it live on my television and while I played around and slept people around me were probably panicking. I didn’t know what 9/11 was until last year when they had the 10 th anniversary documentary on TV for it. I learnt that it was an important part of history and I found it quite interesting. I never thought people would do such a thing but I also think it’s wrong that they are trying to resolve it with war. I also choose it because 9/11 it is a really important part in the media. Newspapers, television, computers and magazines all wanted a piece of it. 9/11 is probably one of the most important pieces of human history in the 21 st centaury and it’s a massive topic.

13 Conclusion In conclusion the media is not just a entertainment system for people but a warning and a source of news that we never would heard of. In conclusion the media is not just a entertainment system for people but a warning and a source of news that we never would heard of. Where would we be now if there was no papers, computers or any form of communication. The human race would be a mess no houses no laws just a destroyed civilisation. We should rely on the media when it comes to our safety and communication but we should not live our lives off it for how are we to know that whether or not the information that we have collected for these talks and the answers we have been given all our lives by the media are just deep lies.
