2  Car Designers need at least a bachelor degree in transportation design or industrial design before being hired or even looking into getting the job. Careers related to Car Design are electrical, product design and auto motive engineering. The majority of automotive companies hire Car Designers with bachelor or master degrees in product design or automotive design. Since Car Design is a competitive field, a high level of academic achievement will benefit you when looking for an entry level of the job. Courses such as industrial design, electrical engineering, mathematics, environmental science and computer-aided drafting are required for Car Designers. include product design, automotive engineering, and electrical engineering

3  Automotive designers work to create the design of a car or any type of vehicle in three different areas. The interior, the exterior, the color and trim. They also work to design any graphics that appear on or in the car, like vehicle brand logos or symbols on dials and instrument panels like ford or jeep. An automotive designer works not to just make a car comfortable and attractive but to make the car as useful and easily functional as possible.

5  I would like this job because I design cars that thousands of people will drive.  Another reason why I would like this job is I would be helping the people in not only my community but others too, by making cars easy to drive and a lot safer.  I would like this job because my work isn't only measured in how much I make but I can physically drive what I designed.  One more reason id like this job is because it is very competitive and so am I.  A reason why I wouldn’t like this job is because it is competitive so you can be put out as fast as you were put in.  Another reason why I wouldn’t like this job is that there is always some one above you.
