This resource focuses on right angled triangles D2 – that Pythagoras’ Theorem is used to determine the hypotenuse of a right-angled triangle. Extends students to find other sides of the triangle using Pythagoras’ Theorem D3 – the relationship between corresponding sides of right-angled triangles. This is not covered well in this resource D4 – the terminology associated with right-angled triangles. It could be used to demonstrate a real life situation where Pythagoras’ theorem can be used.

This site has a wide range of tools that could be used in various subjects. Maybe not great for explaining the original concept but will help to develop understanding through practice and varying problems
