3 Integrated Service Model The Strategic Skills Pipeline is the framework within which the city's Integrated Employability Service (IES) is organised. The aim is that local and national service providers collaborate to meet the "full" needs of our jobseekers and employers. The Get On Gateway provides integrated access to services. 5 local Employability Hubs were commissioned to help ensure ease of access to services across the city.

5 IES Co-production Thursday 5 th March at City Chambers To help inform the specification for the commissioning of a new service from April 2016 onwards we would like to invite service providers to a co- production design opportunity. – What is the need for this service? – Who should we be targeting? – What is the strategic fit to other provision in Edinburgh? – Anything else we need to consider?
