2 Abstract There has been a lot of excitement about the sexy things the latest iPhones, Blackberries and other PDAs can do. The reality is, the majority of mobile users still have the same cell phone they got when they renewed their contract a year or two ago. This session will examine the standards and best practices for designing web pages to ensure that these users are not left out of the mobile experience when they are "On the Go with Dumb Devices."
