Office of International Science and Engineering Serves as a visible focal point, both inside and outside NSF, for international science and engineering activities. Promotes the development of an integrated, Foundation-wide, international strategy. Staff with regional expertise. Manages international activities that are innovative, catalytic and responsive to the broad range of NSF interests.

Office of International Science and Engineering Promotes global access to unique research sites, facilities, expertise and opportunities for collaboration. Promotes international experiences for junior researchers - undergraduate students through postdoctoral fellows. Supports activities in all subjects and priority areas within NSF. NSF-9
