Europe 2020 → aiming at "smart, sustainable, inclusive growth" with greater coordination of national and European policy. Copenhagen Process (2002) → established in 2002, lays out the basis for co-operation in VET, with 33 European countries involved.

This tool is essential for developing a European employment market.„
