2 National News Presidents budget level funds Perkins Additional request for $100 million in competitive CTE innovation fund Additional $10 million for “Pay-for- Success” projects that would prioritize programs for disconnected youth, expand rural access to CTE, and increase technology in the classroom Overall focus on ‘wide’ opportunity gaps and achievement gaps across the nation
