3 Message to New IBOs - The Launch is the most important part of your ACN journey which is why your Upline makes sure the Launch process takes place within 24/48 hours of joining ACN. The Launch Document is a simple step by step road map to your success. The Launch process is so simple that many new IBOs are able to complete many if not all the Launch steps on their own with the guidance of the Upline. Message to Upline Leaders - When a new IBO joins your team an enormous responsibility falls on your shoulders. Even though the new IBO can complete much if not all of the Launch on their own it is your responsibility to make sure your new IBO follows the proven system. DO NOT bring them into ACN if you are not willing to make sure they follow the Launch process since you’re setting them up for failure. LAUNCH

22 PBR Format - 20 Minutes Private Business Receptions are the fastest way to reach ETT & are the best use of everyone’s time. Host: (1 min) - Welcome Guests, Intro & Edify Expert Expert: (13 min) - Share Story, Play 11 min. ACN Video Expert: (1 min) - Explain Categories #1=IBO, #2=Cust Expert: (5 min) - Play 5 min. Integrity Video Expert: Thank everyone for coming and invite them to enjoy the snacks. (Host turns on music) During snacks the Expert asks each guest individually if they are #1 or #2.

23 “BOMs” Create Traffic Jams PBRs are the best way to build momentum. PBRs can include Home PBRs, Online PBRs, Telephonic PBRs & be done anytime. There are 168 hours each week so those using BOMs are only using 1 hour each week to build ACN. 25 Why should ETTs & Higher use the DMO? Using the DMO shows your Upline you’re serious. # of PBRs shows the health of your team. Using the DMO shows your Upline you want to be coached and be held accountable. Goals are based on position.
