Reminder: Project Report Assignment Written text should be 7-10 pages, including the following sections: Introduction (1 page) on the company background and its current BPM status BPM Implementation Plan (2-3 pages), including a timeline and responsibility areas Discussion (3-5 pages) on the details behind the plan, a summary of benefits, and how the concerns will be addressed Conclusion (1 page or less) summarizing the recommended plan and its benefits TOTAL LENGTH: 7-10 pages for the main report As long as you’re within this general range of pages, I won’t grade based upon the length of the report, but on the quality of the writing and whether you addressed all of the topics above BA 553: Business Process Management2
