5. 5 Project Report Requirements Total Points assigned for your report Length – 7 Pages for contents, WORD document Cover Page – Topic (article) title & member names Contents –Executive Summary –Introduction –Findings –Recommendation –Conclusions –Lessons Learned –Other References (Bibliography) –Peers Evaluation Form –Team meeting minutes (one page per meeting) ***poor attendance leads to a poor grade A WORD document with a page number as a footer

6. 6 Executive Summary –A few paragraph descriptions of your project –The major findings –Readers should be able to know exactly what you are talking without reading your whole report
