3.  I chose to rent 237 S Pond View Drive. This house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and rests on 0.10 acres. I chose this house because it is a good sized house and is in a good location that is close to my parents. The house is also reasonably priced at 2500$/month making it affordable, especially with one other roommate whom I plan on splitting the price with.

4.  I plan on paying by splitting the price with my roommate. We will both be employed and have a sufficient amount of income that makes us eligible for renting this property. My roommate and I will not be putting all of our earnings into renting this property and we will have other money to spend else where.

5.  I will only have one roommate whom I have known for a long time and I trust. We plan on splitting the price of the rental in half evenly so we each are paying the same amount of money. The utility bill will also be split in half making it even more affordable for each of us.

6.  The furnishing in my apartment will consist of the basics with nothing extravagant. Me and my roommate will have furnishing such as a bed, couch, table, and a few other common furnishings. Along with kitchen furnishings such as a toaster oven and other things along that line.

7.  As a tenant I will make sure that both I and my roommate are careful to make as little of a mess as possible. We will make sure that the house is clean and that there are no major issues with the property. If there are major issues with the property we will notify the landlord as it is his responsibility to fix it.
