2.  How I will pay for my apartment  How many people will be living with me and how we will split up the rent and utilities  How I will furnish my apartment  How I will fulfill my obligations as a tenant and maintain my apartment

3.  I will pay the monthly rent for my apartment with part of the salary from the job I will obtain while living at this apartment  Also, me and my roommates will split the cost of the monthly rent equally  Since the apartment is $1,899 for a month, my room mates and I will split the cost of the security deposit and the monthly rent as I stated above

4.  I plan on living with 4 people in this apartment (Malvern, PA) since there are 2 bedrooms, 2 people will each share a room  As for the rent and utilities, we will all pay an equal amount each month so that the costs get covered and there will be no controversy over someone paying more than someone else

5.  I will furnish my apartments with my room mates and we will decide on what we want in the rooms and pay for our personal items ourselves and split the items that benefit everyone equally

6.  I will fulfill my obligation as a tenant by following the lease agreement that I signed and paying the rent on time to the landlord  I will maintain my apartment by making sure that am courteous and not rude to other tenants when we have interactions and treat the property with respect. Also, I will treat the apartment and everything inside of it that does not belong to me as my own
