RATIONALE Need to position the Bank in the dynamic partnerships landscape Need to align the Bank’s partnerships management with the Medium Term Strategy (2008-2012) and ongoing institutional reforms Need to better manage the partners’ growing demands and high expectations in partnering with the Bank Need to demonstrate results achieved through partnerships to stakeholders
