10 The Government’s Troubled Families Programme 10 TFP Breakdown – (08/01/2013) CrimeSchool Work Total number of families identified: 631 Number of families meeting 2 or more TFP criteria: 378 61 22 73222* 17220 195 * Following the revised definition from DCLG that removed authorised absences from the definition of persistent absence, this reduced the figure from 392 to 222. The Government estimates that there are 910 Troubled Families in Lewisham 758 of which will be eligible for funding
