4 They get married in secret.

5 Juliet’s cousin, Tybalt, kills Romeo’s friend, Mercutio.

6 Romeo is very angry and kills Tybalt.

7 Romeo is sent away and Juliet is very sad.

8 Juliet’s parents say she must marry Paris.

9 Friar Lawrence gives Juliet a drug to drink so she will appear to be dead.

10 Romeo hears that Juliet is dead, finds her in the tomb and drinks poison.

11 Juliet wakes up, finds Romeo is dead and kills herself.

12 Romeo and Juliet are found dead and Friar Lawrence tells the story of what happened.

13 The Capulets and Montagues make peace.
