2. Starting Group Chat People you invite must already be in your contact or classmates list. You can select one individual at a time or multiple individuals. To start Group Chat: 1.Click on Actions in the Pronto tool bar. 2.Click on Invite to Group Chat. 3.Click on New Group Chat. 4.Invite Group Chat window opens – next slide

3. Starting New Group Chat Type in name for your group chat Type in names for your chat. It will begin to pull names from your contacts and you can select them. Press Enter on your keyboard. To select multiple users, Ctrl-click (Windows) or Command-click (Mac) their names. To remove a invited user, click the x icon next to the user's name. Click Invite. A Group Chat window opens, and invitations are sent to the Invited list.

4. Inviting Others During a Chat You can invite additional users during the chat. Any participant, not just the host can invite. To invite a new user, drag and drop the name of the user anywhere in the Group Chat window.

5. Recent Group Chats If you wish to reuse a previous Group Chat… 1. Click on Actions 2. Click on Invite to Group Chat 3. Note the listing of Group Chats under the Recent heading. 4. Select your previous chat session. 5. Invite your users.
