2. The history of horse riding
The all important first ride in the history of horseback riding came about around 4200bc.
With invention of the wheel, horses became even more important.
Now they could pull large loads of food, water, and supplies.
They could also be used to pull 2-wheeled carts called chariots.
Chariots were used for wars and racing.

3. Why I started horse riding
Horse riding helps me escape from the real world. It is very relaxing and is a very nice feeling. I hope I will become a famous horse rider. I started horse riding mostly because I want to have a horse. Horses are also my favourite animals.

Saddle
Saddle pad or Blanket
Bridle
Helmet
Safety Stirrups or boots with a one inch heel

To move forward you gently kick the horse with both your legs
To stop pull the reigns back
