7. Speed-Mount™ Switch Boxes Installation Information For Wood Studs: Speed-Mount™ switchboxes are supplied with nails for mounting to wood studs. Two molded-in locator ribs help align the box on the stud keeping the box parallel to the stud and help insure correct mounting depth for a smooth professional appearance in the sheet rock. Two, three and four gang boxes also have, on the non- mounting side of the box, integral molded dry wall stops to ensure the box remains parallel to the dry wall for smooth professional appearance.

8. Speed-Mount™ Switch Boxes For Steel Studs: Speed-Mount™ switchboxes designed for use with steel studs have an integral molded face bracket for attachment to steel studs. Face bracket screw holes are countersunk to ensure a flush screw installation and eliminate the potential for sheet rock bulge. Single, two, three and four gang steel stud boxes also have integral dry wall stops on the non-mounting side of the box to ensure the box remains parallel to the dry wall for smooth professional appearance.
