PBworks ( is a wiki website that allows the easy creation and editing of any number of interlinked web pages via a web browser using a simple to use text editor.

Organize pages into folders
Create a folder In the Pages & Files manager, click the "New" button, then click “Create a folder”. Or you can simply click “add” to create a new folder. Rename the folder

Put a page in a folder The fastest way to put a page in a folder is to click and drag pages into their folders. Just check the boxes of the pages or files you wish to move and drag them into the correct folder.

Track changes To see the older versions of a page:
In a page, click “Page history” Select the pages you want to compare, then click “Compare”. You can also go to Recent Activity and scroll down to: “more activity”

Centralized workspace management
Set notification frequency Once you have accepted an invite to join a workspace, and set up your password, from now on you can log in from this address: You don’t need to remember the specific domain address of the workspace, just log in at all the workspaces that you are authorized to access are listed.
