2 + What is Key Club? Key club is the largest and oldest student led organization. 1925: The first Key Club meets in Sacramento, California. 1953: The 1,000 Key Club is chartered. 1977: Female students are admitted to Key Club. 1992: Key Club membership reaches 146,972 members in 4,013 clubs and 17 nations. 2008: Key Club members raise more than $1.3 million to fight HIV/AIDS in Swaziland. 2010: Key Club exists in 30 countries, with membership of over 270,000 in over 5,000 clubs.

4 + Key Club Internationally Key Club is an international organization, with clubs in over 34 countries. Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas Barbados, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, China Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominica, Ecuador, England Germany, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Malaysia, Maternique New Caledonia, New Zealand, Panama, Phillipines, Ecuador, Singapore South Korea, St. Lucia, Taiwan, Thailand, Trnidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, United States of America.

5 + Are you interested in becoming an officer? You can become a member of the International Board! The International Board is led by a student board of trustees, representing all districts, this includes a president, vice-presidents, and 11 trustees. The Key Club International Committee has many branches, including, the Executive Committee, the Committee Cabinet, the growth and communications Committee, the Education and Development Committee, and the Youth Opportunities Fund Committee.

8 + Goals for the year... CLUB TEE SHIRTS 30% member increase 100% early bird dues paid (Nov. 1 st ) 10 hrs monthly of service hours 20% attendance at DCON 2 general meetings a month $420 for Save the Rain (impacts a household) $1500 (a classroom).
