Action: Remove the Jobs-Housing Balance Alternatives Provide a new alternative that combines Planning Commission and TAC direct 3

Planning and Community Development Recommendations from Commissions January 9, 2014 – Transportation Advisory Commission Action: EIR should analyze VMT/capita, not LOS Remove the Jobs-Housing Balance Alternative Develop an Efficient Transportation Alternative Increase caps in Central District, South Fair Oaks, and Fair Oaks/Orange Grove Specific Plans If necessary reduce in other places Do not downzone areas in the Air Quality & Noise Alternative and explore mitigation measure 4

Action: Approved staff’s recommendation modifying Alternative C by eliminating the portion regarding increasing and decreasing caps to certain specific plans 5
