PBIS is defined as Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) a proactive systems approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional, and academic success. Currently this is not happening which is one of the reasons why we believe the STPP exist.
