4. Earning The Chief Scout Award Why should you be bothered with earning the Chief Scout Award? As an individual, you get to explore more fun and adventure Intentionally explore different experiences Willingly expose yourself to more personal challenges Gain new insight into responsibility and maturity in your community and as a person This is a very prestigious award and very few Scout youth manage to obtain it.

5. Earning The Chief Scout Award Step 1: You must first become a Pioneer Scout Step 2: You then need to earn the Voyageur Scout Award Step 3: You then need to earn the Pathfinder Scout Award Step 4: Then… you can earn the Chief Scout Award

Pioneer Scout To come a Pioneer Scout the scout the following requirements must be met –Know and understand the Scout Promise and Law. –Know and understand the Scout Motto and Slogan. –Know and understand the Scout Handshake, Salute and Sign, and the reasons Scouts use them. –Participate in one Troop activity, preferably outdoors. When you are invested you become a “Pioneer Scout”
