3. Please read all the instructions carefully before the installation. Installation shall be carried out by experienced mechanic. Follow the steps in the same order as instructed below. (1) Install the handle clamp on the handle, as indicated. (2) Insert the steel bush in the bush slot, mount the screw as shown. (3) Tighten the screw from the top of till the clamp properly fits on handle. (4) Slide in the SHOT now as indicated in the picture. (5) The USB shall be towards the rider and run the cable till the ignition switch. (6) Connect the wires so that the SHOT will be ON only with the Key first turn. (7) Make sure that positive (red) and negative (black) are connected to same polarity*. (8) Now with the first turn of ignition key (on and off) SHOT will turn ON. (9) Use the base plate and screws, if you want to install on any surface other than the handle. First Mount the base plate then slide the SHOT. *If the LED does not work, it could be due to reverse connections of input wires. Reverse the connections and try again. Warning: Never install SHOT on the clamp first, before the clamp installed on handle of the bike. The anti theft sliding mechanism provided is non returnable. Once SHOT is installed, there will not be access for the handle screw. Hence first install the handle clamp then the SHOT. Keep the USB port closed while not in use, to protect from dust and rain. Never by-pass the ignition key switch and connect directly to the battery, may battery drain out. Use branded USB cable to achieve good performance. Make sure the installation location, since the removal of the SHOT is not possible after installation.
